The Workflow is triggered when the Client Agreement is executed
When a client executes the agreement, the Deal Record automatically moves into Stage 1. DO NOT MANUALLY MOVE THE DEAL RECORD - let the workflow work its magic!
The Director of Operations manages the digital signature process through Adobe, and:
Files the Agreement properly on SOX's shared drive.
Attaches the Agreement to the Client's Company Record
Pins the Agreement, as a note, to the top of the Company Record (under "Activities")
Updates the "Date CSP Agreement Signed" property on the Company Record
