Client has entered Client Onboarding

  • When the Client executes the Agreement and enters Client Onboarding, the RTE and Client Relations Specialist are alerted.

  • RTE Alerts are internal emails (for SOX staff only) to keep everyone informed as new service providers move through each stages of support.

  • RTE Alerts remind RTE's of every action taken within that stage to support their client. 
  • RTE's should take note of the "Here's How You Can Support" section.
