MEETING INTENTION:

"Our client relations specialist will coordinate with your designated admin to gather essential business information and contacts for your organization. This includes principals, sales, marketing, and field staff, ensuring everyone is accurately entered into our national service provider database, setting you up for seamless support and success with SOX."

On this call, the Client Relations Specialist will:
  • Complete any missing Company information in HubSpot
  • Gather all Contact information for each staff member in the organization, and assigning them the proper association(s) in HubSpot
    • This allows us to provide relevant correspondence to individuals, based on what division they work in (sales content goes to sale people, marketing content goes to marketing people, etc.)
    • This is also essential for the workflow in scheduling 5SoCS meetings (Brand Discovery, Sales Training, Pre-Install Meeting, P2P, etc...)
  • Request the Clients logo files so that we can provide client branded marketing assets and add them to our website CSP locator and CompanyCam
