Client Onboarding Stage is Marked Complete

  • The Client Relations Specialist must go to:
    > the Client's Deal Record in the Partnership Pipeline
    > then to the Client Support Section on the left column
    > then update the dropdown for "Client Onboarding" to "Completed."
  • This is essential for the Client to move forward to the next stage.

  • When this is done, the Deal Record automatically moves into Stage 2.
    DO NOT MANUALLY MOVE THE DEAL RECORD - let the workflow work its magic!
