Welcoming Client to SOX + Next Steps

- Upon execution of the agreement, the Client workflow will automatically send a Welcome Email to the Client.
- In this email, we request connection to the appropriate person in their organization (typically an admin) for our Client Relations Specialist to gather all necessary company and contact information needed to properly upload them into our CRM - this is the Client Intake call.
- Client Intake is essential and the Client cannot move forward with SOX until this in complete.
