Stage 0: Client Agreement
HubSpot Task: "Client Agreement Follow Up"
Auto-Task [for RTE, every 3 days]
- A task is automatically assigned to the RTE in HubSpot, and will appear in their Sales Workspace.
- Once the follow up is attempted, the activity must be logged, and the task must be marked complete.
- A new follow up task will be generated for the RTE, every 3 days, until:
- The Contact executes the agreement
- or, the Deal Record is moved to Closed Lost.
