Join SOX as a National Trainer. Drive knowledge, confidence, and adoption of SOX’s patented erosion control systems by delivering expert training across the country. In this role, you’ll lead infield training, hands‑on demonstrations, classroom sessions, and virtual programs that empower Certified Service Providers (CSPs) to install our solutions effectively. Collaborating with the sales team, you’ll ensure every participant leaves equipped to champion sustainable shoreline and stormwater management practices. Your impact will help expand SOX’s footprint and advance our mission to create resilient landscapes nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for CSPs and direct stakeholders on ShoreSOX and DredgeSOX systems.
Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to ensure proficiency in installation and maintenance.
Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and other departments to update training materials and ensure they meet company standards.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to CSPs and stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns related to the installation process.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
