Marketing Performance Manager
At SOX Erosion Solutions, the Marketing Performance Manager is not a creative -only marketing role and it’s not a passive analytics position either. This role sits at the center of how our marketing engine actually works.
You’ll own the systems, data, and process discipline that turn awareness into qualified demand and ensure sales teams receive the right opportunities at the right time. Your impact shows up every day in cleaner lead data, stronger conversion rates, and clearer visibility into what’s driving pipeline creation. If you enjoy building structure, improving lead quality, and helping marketing and sales succeed through better systems - not guesswork - this role was designed for you.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, your time is spent deeply inside our CRM and marketing infrastructure, working closely with marketing leadership, sales leadership, and operations. You’ll design and refine the prospecting, lead generation, scoring, and qualification journey, ensuring leads are properly vetted and ready before being handed off to sales.
You’ll lead conversations around lead quality and performance, coach CRM and process discipline within the marketing team, and train stakeholders on how to execute within clearly defined handoff standards. While the role is technical and detail-driven, success depends just as much on communication, collaboration, and the ability to align teams around shared definitions of quality, readiness, and success.
